Reservations

Advance reservations are required, and full payment is due at the time reservations are made. All prices include tax. The deadline for reservations is Monday, April 21, or until available space is filled. Space is limited, so please make your reservations early. No refunds after registration is complete.

Online:	Payments made online with a credit card are processed fastest, and registrants receive a confirmation e-mail immediately after completing the transaction. When reservations are being taken, press the button "Make Reservations" from the main page to access our secure reservations request page.
By Mail:	Fill out the form on the commencement lodging brochure and mail it with a personal check payable to Treasurer of Virginia Tech (please include your address, phone number, and driver's license number on the check) or a Visa or MasterCard credit card number and expiration date to: Eric Wininger Conference and Guest Services 109 E. Eggleston Hall (0428) Blacksburg, VA 24061
In Person:	Bring the completed registration form and full payment (check, Visa, or MasterCard) to 109 E. Eggleston Hall. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Building assignments, directions, and other pertinent information will be sent during the first week of May. Registrants who provide an e-mail address on the registration form will receive this information by e-mail, otherwise registrants will receive the information by mail. We regret that reservations may not be made by phone. The completed order form and full payment must accompany all orders.
